کتاب صلوة اللیل

عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ يَقُولُ إِنِّي لَأُوتِرُ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ الْإِقَامَةَ أَوْ بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ يَشُكُّ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ أَيَّ ذَلِكَ قَالَ

عبدالرحمن بن قاسم سے روایت ہے کہ سنا انہوں نے عبداللہ بن عامر سے وہ کہتے تھے میں وتر پڑھتا ہوں اور سنا کرتا ہوں تکبیر صبح کی یا وتر پڑھتا ہوں بعد فجر کے شک ہے عبدالرحمن کو کس طرح کہا انہوں نے۔

Yahya related to me from Malik that Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Qasim said, "I heard Abdullah ibn Amir ibn Rabia say, I sometimes pray witr while hearing the iqama, or after the break of dawn. " Abd ar-Rahman was not certain which he said.

حَدَّثَنِي مَالِک عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ يَقُولُ إِنِّي لَأُوتِرُ بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ

عبدالرحمن بن قاسم نے سنا اپنے باپ سے وہ کہتے تھے میں وتر پڑھتا ہوں بعد فجر ہوجانے کے۔

Malik related to me that Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Qasim heard his father al-Qasim ibn Muhammad say, "I have prayed witr after dawn." Malik said, "Only a person who oversleeps so that he does not do the witr prays it after dawn. No one should intentionally make his witr after dawn."

عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ إِذَا سَکَتَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ عَنْ الْأَذَانِ لِصَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ صَلَّی رَکْعَتَيْنِ خَفِيفَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُقَامَ الصَّلَاةُ

حضرت ام المومنین حفصہ سے روایت ہے کہ جب اذان ہو چکتی صبح کی تو پڑھتے تھے رسول اللہ ﷺ دو رکعتیں ہلکی، جماعت کھڑی ہونے سے پیشتر۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that Hafsa, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, told him that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to pray two quick rakas when the muadhdhin had finished the adhan for the subh prayer, before the iqama was said for the prayer.

حَدَّثَنِي مَالِک عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ إِنْ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيُخَفِّفُ رَکْعَتَيْ الْفَجْرِ حَتَّی إِنِّي لَأَقُولُ أَقَرَأَ بِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ أَمْ لَا

حضرت ام المومنین عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ جلد پڑھتے فجر کی سنتوں کو یہاں تک کہ میں کہتی تھی سورت فاتحہ بھی پڑھی آپ ﷺ نے یا نہیں۔

Malik related to me from Yahya ibn Said that Aisha, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to pray the two rakas of the dawn (fajr) so quickly that I would say to myself Has he recited the umm al-Quran or not? "

عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ سَمِعَ قَوْمٌ الْإِقَامَةَ فَقَامُوا يُصَلُّونَ فَخَرَجَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَصَلَاتَانِ مَعًا أَصَلَاتَانِ مَعًا وَذَلِکَ فِي صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ فِي الرَّکْعَتَيْنِ اللَّتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الصُّبْحِ

ابو سلمہ بن عبدالرحمن ؓ روایت ہے کہ لوگوں نے تکبیر سنی تو کھڑے ہو کر پڑھنے لگے سنتوں کو تب نکلے رسول اللہ ﷺ اور فرمایا کیا دو دو نمازیں ایک ساتھ کیا دو دو نمازیں ایک ساتھ اور فرمایا آپ ﷺ نے یہ صبح کی نماز میں ان دو رکعتوں میں جو پڑھی جاتی قبل نماز صبح کے۔

Yahya related to me from Malik from Sharik ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Namir that Abu Salama ibn Abd ar-Rahman said, "Some people heard the iqama and started to pray. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, came out and said, Are you doing two prayers at the same time? Are you doing two prayers at the same time? That was about the subh prayer and the two rakas before subh."

حَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِک أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ فَاتَتْهُ رَکْعَتَا الْفَجْرِ فَقَضَاهُمَا بَعْدَ أَنْ طَلَعَتْ الشَّمْسُ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ أَنَّهُ صَنَعَ مِثْلَ الَّذِي صَنَعَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ

امام مالک کو پہنچا کہ عبداللہ بن عمر کی فوت ہوگئیں سنتیں فجر کی تو پڑھ لیں انہوں نے بعد آفتاب نکلنے کے۔ قاسم بن محمد سے بھی ایسا ہی مروی ہے۔

Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that Abdullah ibn Umar missed the two rakas of dawn, and then did them after the sun rose.
