مزابنہ اور محاقلہ کا بیان
عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی عَنْ الْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ اشْتِرَائُ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ فِي رُئُوسِ النَّخْلِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةُ کِرَائُ الْأَرْضِ بِالْحِنْطَةِ
ابو سعید خدری سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے منع کیا مزابنہ اور محاقلہ سے مزابنہ کے معنی اوپر بیان ہوئے اور محاقلہ اس کو کہتے ہیں کہ گہیوں کا کھیت بدلے میں خشک گہیوں کے بیچے۔
Yahya related to me from Malik from Daud ibn al-Husayn from Abu Sufyan (RA) , the mawla of Ibn Abi Ahmad, from Abu Said al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade muzabana and muhaqala. Muzabana was selling fresh dates for dried dates while they were still on the trees. Muhaqala was renting land in exchange for wheat.
