جس شکار کا محرم کو کھانا درست نہیں ہے اس کا بیان
عَنْ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ اللَّيْثِيِّ أَنَّهُ أَهْدَی لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِمَارًا وَحْشِيًّا وَهُوَ بِالْأَبْوَائِ أَوْ بِوَدَّانَ فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا رَأَی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا فِي وَجْهِي قَالَ إِنَّا لَمْ نَرُدَّهُ عَلَيْکَ إِلَّا أَنَّا حُرُمٌ
صعب بن جثامہ لیثی سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے تحفہ بھجا ایک گورخر رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس اور آپ ﷺ ابوا یا ودان میں تھے آپ ﷺ نے واپس کردیا صعب کہتے ہیں جب رسول اللہ ﷺ نے میرے چہرے کا حال دیکھا تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ ہم نے اس واسطے واپس کردیا کہ ہم احرام باندھے ہوئے ہیں۔
Yahya related to me from Malik, from Ibn Shihab, from Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah ibn Utba ibn Masud, from Abdullah ibn Abbas, that as-Sab ibn Jaththama al-Laythi once gave a wild ass to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while he was at al-Abwa, or Waddan, and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, gave it back to him. However, when the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saw the expression on the mans face he said, "We only gave it back to you because we are in ihram."
