My Lord, cause me to enter a sound entrance and to exit a sound exit and grant me from Yourself a supporting authority.
اے میرے رب ! تُو مجھے داخل کر سچائی کے ساتھ داخل ہونے کی جگہ (پر) اور مجھے نکال سچائی کے ساتھ نکالنے کی جگہ (سے) اور اپنی طرف سے ایک قوت کو میرا مدد گار بنا دے
Rabbi inni a'udhu bika an as'alaka ma laysa li bihi 'ilmun wa illa taghfirli wa tarhamni akun min al-khasireen
My Lord, I seek refuge in You from asking that of which I have no knowledge. And unless You forgive me and have mercy upon me, I will be among the losers.
اے میرے رب! میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں اس سے کہ وہ چیز تجھ سے مانگوں جس کا مجھے علم نہیں اور اگر تو نے مجھے معاف نہ کیا اورمجھ پر رحم نہ فرمایا تو میں خسارہ پانے والوں میں سے ہو جاؤں گا

Dua for the Ability to Establish Prayers
اپنے اور اولاد کے لیے نماز کے قیام کی توفیق مانگنا
Rabbi ij'alni muqeema al-salati wa min dhurriyyati. Rabbana wa taqabbal dua. Rabbana-ghfirli waliwalidayya walilmumineena yawma yaqoomu alhisab
My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication. Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established.
اے میرے رب ! مجھے اور میری اولاد کو نماز قائم کرنے والا بنا، اے ہمارے رب ! اور تو میری دعا قبول فرما اے ہمارے رب ! مجھے اور میرے والدین کو اور سب ایمان والوں کو اُس دن بخش دینا جب حساب قائم ہو گا
Rabbi hab li hukman wa alhiqni bis-salihin. Waj'al li lisana sidqin fil-akhirin. Waj'alni min al-warathati Jannati al-Na'eem. ... wa la tukhzini yawma yub'athun
My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous. And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations. And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure.......And do not disgrace me on the Day they are [all] resurrected.
اے میرے رب ! مجھے قوتِ فیصلہ عطا فرما اور مجھے نیک لوگوں سے ملا دےاور بعد میں آنے والوں میں میری سچی ناموری باقی رکھ اور مجھے نعمتوں بھری جنت کے وارثوں میں سے بنا دے اور مجھے رسوا نہ کرنا جس دن وہ (لوگ) اٹھائے جائیں گے
Rabbi awzi'ni an ashkura ni'mataka allati an'amta 'alayya wa 'ala walidayya wa an a'mala salihan tardahu wa adkhilni birahmatika fi 'ibadika al-salihin
My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to do righteousness of which You approve. And admit me by Your mercy into [the ranks of] Your righteous servants.
اے میرے رب! مجھے توفیق دے کہ میں تیری اس نعمت کا شکر ادا کروں جو تُو نے مجھ پر اور میرے والدین پر عطا فرمائی اور یہ کہ ایسا نیک عمل کروں جس سے تو راضی ہو جائے او ر اپنی رحمت سے مجھے اپنے نیک بندوں میں داخل کر
Rabbi awzi'ni an ashkura ni'mataka allati an'amta 'alayya wa 'ala walidayya wa an a'mala salihan tardahu wa aslih li fi dhurriyyati. Innii tubtu ilayka wa inni min al-muslimin
My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to work righteousness of which You will approve and make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims.
اے میرے رب! مجھے توفیق دے کہ میں تیری اس نعمت کا شکر ادا کروں جو تُونے مجھ پر اور میرے والدین پر عطا فرمائی اور یہ کہ ایسا نیک عمل کروں جس سے تو راضی ہو جائے اورمیرے لیے میری اولاد کی اصلاح فرما دے، بے شک میں نے تیری طرف توبہ کی اور بے شک میں مسلمانوں میں سے ہوں
Rabbana-ghfir lana wali ikhwanina alladhina sabaquna bil-imani wa la taj'al fi qulubina ghillan lilladhina amanu. Rabbana innaka ra'ufun rahim.
Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful.
اے ہمارے رب! ہمیں اور ہمارے ان بھائیوں کو جو ہم سے پہلے ایمان لائے ہیں بخش دے اور ہمارے دلوں میں اہل ایمان کے لیے کوئی بغض نہ رکھ، اے ہمارے رب! بے شک تو بہت شفقت کرنے والا، رحم کرنے والا ہے
Rabbana innana sami'na munadiyan yunadi lil-imani an aminu birabbikum fa amanna. Rabbana faghfir lana dhunuubana wa kaffir 'anna sayyi'atina wa tawaffana ma'al-abrar.
Our Lord, indeed we have heard a caller calling to faith, [saying], 'Believe in your Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord, so forgive us our sins and remove from us our misdeeds and cause us to die with the righteous.
اے ہمارے رب! بے شک ہم نے ایک پکارنے والے کو سنا جو ایمان کے لیے پکار رہا تھا کہ اپنے رب پر ایمان لے آؤ، تو ہم ایمان لے آئے، اے ہمارے رب! پس ہمارے گناہوں سے درگزر فرما اور ہماری برائیاں ہم سے دور کر دے اور ہمیں نیک لوگوں کے ساتھ فوت کرنا

Seeking Refuge from the Humiliation of the Hereafter
Rabbana wa atina ma wa'adtana 'ala rusulika wa la tukhzina yawma al-qiyamati. Innaka la tukhlifu al-mi'aad.
Our Lord, and grant us what You promised us through Your messengers and do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed, You do not fail in [Your] promise.
اے ہمارے رب! اور ہمیں عطا فرما جس کا وعدہ تو نے اپنے رسولوں کے ذریعے کیا اور ہمیں قیامت کے دن رسوا نہ کرنا ،بے شک تو اپنے وعدے کے خلاف نہیں کرتا
Rabbana ma khalaqta hadha batilan subhanaka faqina 'adhaba al-nar. Rabbana innaka man tudkhilu al-nara faqad akhzaytahu wa ma liz-zalimina min ansar.
Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire. Our Lord, indeed whoever You admit to the Fire - You have disgraced him, and for the wrongdoers there are no helpers.
اے ہمارے رب ! تو نے یہ (آسمان و زمین) بے مقصد پیدا نہیں کیا، تو پاک ہے پس ہمیں آگ کے عذاب سے بچا لے اے ہمارے رب ! بے شک جسے تو نے آگ میں داخل کیا تو یقینا تو نے اسے رسوا کر دیا اور ظالموں کے لیے کوئی مددگار نہیں ہے
Rabbana wasi'ta kulla shay'in rahmatan wa 'ilman faghfir lilladhina tabu wa taba'u sabilaka wa qihim 'adhaba al-jahim. Rabbana wa adkhilhum jannati 'adnin allati wa'adtahum wa man salaha min aba'ihim wa azwajihim wa dhurriyyatihim. Innaka anta al-'azizu al-hakim.
Our Lord, You have encompassed all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who have repented and followed Your way and protect them from the punishment of Hellfire. Our Lord, and admit them to gardens of perpetual residence which You have promised them and whoever was righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their offspring. Indeed, it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
اے ہمارے رب! تو نے ہر چیز کو اپنی رحمت اور علم سے گھیر رکھا ہے پس تو بخش دے انھیں جو توبہ کریں اور تیری راہ کی پیروی کریں اور انہیں جہنم کے عذاب سے بچا لے اے ہمارے رب! اور انہیں ہمیشہ رہنے والی جنتوں میں داخل کر جن کا تو نے ان سے وعدہ کیا ہے اور ان کے باپ دادا اور بیویوں اور اولادوں میں سے بھی ان سب کو جو نیک ہوں، بے شک تو غالب اور حکمت والا ہے

Seeking Forgiveness for Sins committed in Ignorance
بھول چوک میں کیے جانے والے گناہوں کی معافی طلب کرنا
Rabbana la tu'akhidhna in nasina aw akhta'na. Rabbana wa la tahmil 'alayna isran kama hamaltahu 'ala al-ladhina min qablina. Rabbana wa la tuhammilna ma la taqata lana bihi. Wa'fu 'anna, waghfir lana, warhamna. Anta mawlana fansurna 'ala al-qawmi al-kafireen.
Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people.
اے ہمارے رب! ہمارا مُوَاخذہ نہ کرنا اگر ہم بھول جائیں یا ہم غلطی کر لیں اور اے ہمارے رب ہم پر وہ بوجھ نہ ڈال جو تو نے ہم سے پہلے لوگوں پر ڈالا تھا، اے ہمارے رب! ہم پر وہ بوجھ نہ ڈال جسے اٹھانے کی ہم میں طاقت نہیں اور ہمیں معاف کر دے اور ہمیں بخش دے اور ہم پر رحم فرما، تو ہی ہمارا مولیٰ ہے، پس کافر قوم کے مقابلے میں ہماری مدد فرما
Hasbiya Allahu la ilaha illa Huwa 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabbu al-'Arsh al-'Azim
Sufficient for me is Allah ; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.
میرے لیے اللہ کافی ہے اس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، اسی پر میں نے بھروسہ کیا اور وہ عرش ِعظیم کا رب ہے

Abu Darda' (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: "Whoever says this seven times in the morning and seven times in the evening, Allah will suffice him in his troubles."

ابو درداء رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہیں :جس نے صبح اور شام کے وقت سات مرتبہ یہ کہا ، اللہ اس کی پریشانیوں میں اس کو کافی ہو جائے گا۔ ] سنن أبی داود: 5081[
Allahumma malika al-mulk, tu'ti al-mulka man tasha'u wa tanzi' al-mulka mimman tasha'u wa tu'izzu man tasha'u wa tudhillu man tasha'u biyadika al-khair, innaka 'ala kulli shay'in qadir. Tuwliju al-layla fi al-nahari wa tuwliju al-nahara fi al-layl wa turziq man tasha'u bi ghayri hisab.
O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is [all] good. Indeed, You are over all things competent. You cause the night to enter the day, and You cause the day to enter the night; and You bring the living out of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the living. And You give provision to whom You will without account.
اے اللہ بادشاہت کے مالک! تو جسے چاہتا ہے بادشاہت دیتا ہے اور جس سے چاہتا ہے بادشاہت چھین لیتا ہے اور تو جسے چاہتا ہے عزت دیتا ہے اور جسے چاہتا ہے ذلت دیتا ہے، تیرے ہاتھ میں ہر بھلائی ہے، بے شک تو ہر چیز پر قادر ہے تو رات کو دن میں داخل کرتا ہے اور دن کو رات میں داخل کرتا ہے اور تو زندہ کو مردہ سے نکالتا ہے اور تو مردہ کو زندہ سے نکالتا ہے اور تو جسے چاہتا ہے بے حساب رزق دیتا ہے
Wasi‘a rabbuna kulla shay’in ‘ilman ‘ala Allahi tawakkalna rabbana iftah baynana wa bayna qawmina bil-haqqi wa anta khayrul-fatihin.
Our Lord has encompassed everything in His knowledge. In Allah we trust. Our Lord! Judge between us and our people with truth. You are the best of those who judge.
ہمارے رب نے ہر چیز کا علم سے احاطہ کر رکھا ہے، ہم نے الله ہی پر بھروسا کیا، اے ہمارے رب! ہمارے درمیان اور ہماری قوم کے درمیان حق کے ساتھ فیصلہ کر دے اور تو سب فیصلہ کرنے والوں سے بہتر ہے

Supplication to Allah, Creator of the Heavens and the Earth
Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “O Allah, Originator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the seen and unseen! You will judge between Your servants regarding their differences.”
آپ کہہ دیجئے! کہ اے اللہ! آسمانوں اور زمین کے پیدا کرنے والے، چھپے کھلے کے جاننے والے تو ہی اپنے بندوں میں ان امور کا فیصلہ فرمائے گا جن میں وه الجھ رہے تھے.
