اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنْ ضِیْقِ الدُّنْیَا وَ ضِیْقِ یَوْمِ الْقِیَامَةِ
Allahumma innī a‘ūdhubika min ḍīqid dunyā waḍīqi yawmil qiyāmati.
O Allah, Verily I seek refuge in You from the constriction of the world and the constriction of the Day of Standing.
اے الله! میں دنیا اور روزِ قیامت کی تنگی سے تیری پناه چاہتا ہوں
