اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الْحَیُّ الْقَیُّوْمُ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْهِ
Astaghfirullāhal ladhī lā ilāha illā huwal ḥayyul qayyūmu wa atūbu ilaihi.
I seek forgiveness from Allah, there is no true deity except Him. The Ever Living, the Self Subsisting and I turn (in repentance) towards Him.
میں بخشش مانگتا ہوں الله سے جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، زنده، قائم رہنے والا ہے اور میں اس کی طرف توبه کرتا ہوں

Background & narration
Zaid (r.a) narrated that I heard that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said, ‘Whoever says: I seek forgiveness from Allah, there is no true deity except Him. The Ever Living, the Self Subsisting and I turn (in repentance) towards Him. he is forgiven even if he has run away from the battle field.’ [Sunan Abū Dawūd: 1517] Ṣaḥīḥ
حضرت زید رضی الله عنه نے نبی صلی الله علیه وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا جو شخص یوں کہتا ہے اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ الَّذِیْ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا ھُوَ الْحَیُّ الْقَیُّوْمُ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْهِ۔ میں بخشش مانگتا ہوں الله سے جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، زنده، قائم رہنے والا ہے اور میں اس کی طرف توبه کرتا ہوں۔ تو اس کو بخش دیا جاتا ہے اگرچه وه جہاد سے بھی بھاگا ہو۔ (سنن أبی داؤد: 1517) صحیح
