Supplications to Enter in Masjid

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When any of you enters the mosque, let him send peace and blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and say: اَللّٰھُمَّ افْتَحْ لِیْ اَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِکَ 'O Allah, open the doors of Your mercy for me.'"

ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:''جب تم میں سے کوئی مسجد میں داخل ہو تو نبی کریمﷺ پر سلام بھیجے اور چاہیے کہ وہ کہے: ٠ اَللّٰھُمَّ افْتَحْ لِیْ اَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِکَ. اے اللہ!میرے لیے اپنی رحمت کے دروازے کھول دے۔

Haywah bin Shuraih (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "I met 'Uqbah bin Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) and told him, 'It has reached me that you narrate from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'As (may Allah be pleased with him), who narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that when he would enter the mosque, he would say: اَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰہِ الْعَظِےْمِ وَبِوَجْھِہِ الْکَرِےْمِ وَسُلْطَانِہِ الْقَدِےْمِ مِنَ الشَّےْطَانِ الرَّجِےْمِ I seek refuge in Allah the Almighty, in His Noble Face, and in His Eternal Authority from the accursed devil.' He ('Uqbah) replied, 'Is that all?' I said, 'Yes.' He said, 'When a person says this, the devil says, "He is protected from me for the whole day."'" Sunan Abi Dawood: 466

حَیوة بن شریح رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں عقبہ بن مسلم رحمہ اللہ سے ملا اور ان سے کہا کہ مجھے یہ بات پہنچی ہے کہ آپ عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ عنہ سے، وہ نبی کریم ﷺ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ جب مسجد میں داخل ہوتے تو فرمایا کرتے تھے: اَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰہِ الْعَظِیْمِ وَبِوَجْهِهِ الْکَرِیْمِ وَسُلْطَانِهِ الْقَدِیْمِ مِنَ الشَّیْطَانِ الرَّجِیْمِ۔ انہوں نے کہا: بس اتنا ہی؟ میں نے کہا: ہاں، انہوں نے کہا: انسان جب یہ کہہ لیتا ہے تو شیطان کہتا ہے کہ آج سارے دن کے لیے یہ مجھ سے محفوظ ہوگیا۔ (سنن أبی داود: 466)
