O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad as You sent prayers upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. Verily, You are Praiseworthy, Glorious. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. Verily, You are Praiseworthy, Glorious.

اے اللہ، محمد اور آل محمد پر رحمت نازل فرما جیسے تو نے ابراہیم اور آل ابراہیم پر کی، بے شک تو تعریف والا اور بزرگی والا ہے۔ اے اللہ، محمد اور آل محمد پر برکتیں نازل فرما جیسے تو نے ابراہیم اور آل ابراہیم پر برکتیں نازل فرمائیں، بے شک تو تعریف والا اور بزرگی والا ہے۔

(All) praise is (due) to Allah, Lord of the worlds. The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. You we worship and You we ask for help. Guide us to the straight path. The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favour, not of those who have evoked anger nor of those who are astray.

سب تعریف الله کے لیے ہے جو تمام جہانوں کا پالنے والا ہے بڑا مہربان، نہایت رحم کرنے والا ہے بدلے کے دن کامالک ہے ہم صرف تیری ہی عبادت کرتے ہیں اور صرف تجھ ہی سے مدد چاہتے ہیں ہمیں سیدھی راه دکھا ان لوگوں کی راه جن پر تو نے انعام کیا، ان لوگو ں کی نہیں جن پر غضب کیا گیا اور نه گمراہوں کی

Allah! There is no god worthy of worship except Him, the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who could possibly intercede with Him without His permission? He ˹fully˺ knows what is ahead of them and what is behind them, but no one can grasp any of His knowledge, except what He wills to reveal. His Seat1 encompasses the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of both does not tire Him. For He is the Most High, the Greatest.

الله کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، وه زنده اور قائم رہنے والا ہے، اسے نه اونگھ آتی ہے نه نیند، اسی کے لیے ہے جو آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہے، کون ہے جو اس کی اجازت کے بغیر اس کے سامنے شفاعت کرسکے، وه جانتا ہے جو ان کے آگے اور پیچھے ہے، اور وه اس کے علم میں سے کسی چیز کا احاطه نہیں کرسکتے سوائے اس کے جو وه چاہے، اس کی کرسی آسمانوں اور زمین تک وسیع ہے اور ان کی حفاظت اسے نہیں تھکاتی اور وه بہت بلند اور بہت عظمت والا ہے

Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak. from the evil of whatever He has created, and from the evil of the night when it grows dark, and from the evil of those ˹witches casting spells by˺ blowing onto knots, and from the evil of an envier when they envy.

کہہ دیجئے! میں صبح کے رب کی پناه چاہتا ہوں ہر اس چیز کے شر سے جو اس نے پیدا کی ہے اور اندھیری رات کی تاریکی کے شر سے جب وه پھیل جائے، اور گرہوں میں پھونکنے والیوں کے شر سے، اور حسد کرنے والے کے شر سے جب وه حسد کرے.

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the Sovereign of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the retreating whisperer, who whispers [evil] in the chests of mankind, amongst the Jinn and mankind.

کہہ دیجئے! میں لوگوں کے رب کی پناه چاہتا ہوں لوگوں کے مالک کی لوگوں کے معبود کی وسوسہ ڈالنے والے، بار بار پلٹ کر آنے والے کے شر سے وه جو لوگوں کے سینوں میں وسوسه ڈالتا ہے جنوں اور انسانوں میں سے

By the morning sunlight, and the night when it falls still! Your Lord O Prophet has not abandoned you, nor has He become hateful of you. And the next life is certainly far better for you than this one. And surely your Lord will give so much to you that you will be pleased. Did He not find you as an orphan then sheltered you? Did He not find you unguided then guided you? And did He not find you needy then satisfied your needs? So do not oppress the orphan, nor repulse the beggar. And proclaim the blessings of your Lord.

قسم ہے چاشت کے وقت کی (۱) اور قسم ہے رات کی جب چھا جائے (۲) نہ تو تیرے رب نے تجھے چھوڑا ہے اور نہ وه بیزار ہو گیا ہے (۳) یقیناً تیرے لئے انجام آغاز سے بہتر ہوگا (۴) تجھے تیرا رب بہت جلد (انعام) دے گا اور تو راضی (وخوش) ہو جائے گا (۵) اور تجھے نادار پاکر تونگر نہیں بنا دیا؟ (۸) پس یتیم پر تو بھی سختی نہ کیا کر (۹) اور نہ سوال کرنے والے کو ڈانٹ ڈپٹ (۱۰) اور اپنے رب کی نعمتوں کو بیان کرتا ره (۱۱)

Have We not uplifted your heart for you O Prophet, relieved you of the burden which weighed so heavily on your back, and elevated your renown for you? So, surely with hardship comes ease. Surely with that hardship comes more ease. So once you have fulfilled your duty, strive in devotion, turning to your Lord ˹alone˺ with hope.

کیا ہم نے آپ ﷺ کے لیے آپ ﷺ کے سینے کو کھول نہیں دیا ؟ اور ہم نے اتار نہیں دیا آپ ﷺ سے آپ ﷺ کا وہ بوجھ؟ جو آپ کی کمر کو توڑے دے رہا تھا! اور ہم نے آپ ﷺ کے ذکر کو بلند کردیا ہے، تو یقینا مشکل ہی کے ساتھ آسانی ہے. یقینا مشکل ہی کے ساتھ آسانی ہے۔ پھر جب آپ ﷺ (فرائض نبوت سے) فارغ ہوجائیں تو اسی کام میں لگ جایئے۔ اور اپنے رب کی طرف راغب ہوجایئے.

Fight them; Allāh will punish them by your hands and will disgrace them and give you victory over them and satisfy the breasts [i.e., desires] of believing people.

تم ان سے جنگ کرو اللہ انہیں عذاب دے گا تمہارے ہاتھوں اور ان کو رسوا کرے گا اور تمہاری مدد کرے گا ان کے مقابلے میں اور بہت سے اہل ایمان کے سینوں کو ٹھنڈک عطا فرمائے گا.
(تین بار کم ازکم)
O mankind, there has come to you instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the breasts and guidance and mercy for the believers.

اے لوگو ! آگئی ہے تمہارے پاس نصیحت تمہارے رب کی طرف سے اور تمہارے سینوں (کے امراض) کی شفا اور اہل ایمان کے لیے ہدایت اور (بہت بڑی) رحمت۔

And We already know that your breast is constrained by what they say. So exalt [Allāh] with praise of your Lord and be of those who prostrate [to Him]. And worship your Lord until there comes to you the certainty [i.e., death].

اور ہم جانتے ہیں کہ آپ کا سینہ تنگ ہوتا ہے ان کی باتوں سے پس آپ تسبیح کیجیے اپنے رب کی حمد کے ساتھ اور سجدہ کرنے والوں میں سے ہوجائیے۔ اور اپنے رب کی بندگی میں لگے رہیں یہاں تک کہ یقینی شے وقوع پذیر ہوجائے

Alif-Lãm-Mĩm-Ṣãd. This is a Book sent down to you O Prophet, do not let anxiety into your heart regarding it, so with it you may warn the disbelievers, and as a reminder to the believers. Follow what has been sent down to you from your Lord, and do not take others as guardians besides Him. How seldom are you mindful!

ا ل م ص۔ یہ کتاب ہے اے نبی ﷺ جو آپ پر نازل کی گئی ہے تو نہیں ہونی چاہیے آپ کے دل میں کچھ تنگی اس کی وجہ سے (یہ تو اس لیے ہے) تاکہ اس کے ذریعے سے آپ ﷺ خبردارکریں اور یہ یاد دہانی ہے اہل ایمان کے لیے پیروی کرو اس کی جو نازل کیا گیا تمہاری طرف تمہارے رب کی جانب سے اور مت پیروی کرو اس کے سوا دوسرے سرپرستوں کی۔ کم ہی ہے جو نصیحت تم حاصل کرتے ہو.

Rather, it [i.e., the Qur’ān] is distinct verses [preserved] within the breasts of those who have been given knowledge. And none reject Our verses except the wrongdoers.

بلکہ یہ تو روشن آیات ہیں ان لوگوں کے سینوں میں جنہیں علم دیا گیا ہے اور ہماری آیات کا انکار نہیں کرتے مگر وہی لوگ جو ظالم ہیں

And [there is a share for] those who come after them, saying, "Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts [any] resentment toward those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful."

اے ہمارے ربّ ! تو بخش دے ہمیں بھی اور ہمارے ان بھائیوں کو بھی جو ایمان میں ہم سے سبقت لے گئے اور ہمارے دلوں میں اہل ایمان کے لیے کوئی کدورت نہ پیدا ہونے دے اے ہمارے رب بیشک تو نہایت شفیق اور رحم فرمانے والا ہے۔
