اِمْسَحِ الْبَاْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ بِیَدِكَ الشِّفَاءُ لَا كَاشِفَ لَهُ اِلَّا اَنْتَ
Remove the hardship, O Lord of the people, with Your healing hand, for there is no remover of hardship but You.
اے لوگوں کے رب! (اس )تکلیف کو دور فرما، شفا تیرے ہاتھ میں ہے، تیرے علاوہ اسے کوئی دورکر نے والا نہیں

Background & narration
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that she used to perform a protective supplication (ruqyah) for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) against the evil eye. She would place her hand on his chest and say: "O Lord of the people, remove the affliction, heal, for You are the Healer, and there is no cure except through You." (Musnad Ahmad: 24995)
عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں رسول اللہﷺ پر نظر بد سے حفاظت کے لیے دم کرتی تھی میں اپنا ہاتھ آپ کے سینے پر رکھتی اورمیں کہتی: ٠ اِمْسَحِ الْبَاْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ بِیَدِکَ الشِّفَائُ لَا کَاشِفَ لَہُ اِلَّا اَنْتَ۔ اے لوگوں کے رب!
