اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَرَبَّ الأَرْضِ وَرَبَّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيْمِ ، رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ، فَالِقَ الْحَبِّ وَالنَّوَىٰ ، وَمُنْزِلَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيْلِ وَالْفُرْقَانِ ، أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهِ ، اَللّٰهُمَّ أَنْتَ الْأَوَّلُ فَلَيْسَ قَبْلَكَ شَيْءٌ ، وَأَنْتَ الْآخِرُ فَلَيْسَ بَعْدَكَ شَيْءٌ ، وَأَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ فَلَيْسَ فَوْقَكَ شَيْءٌ ، وَأَنْتَ الْبَاطِنُ فَلَيْسَ دُوْنَكَ شَيْءٌ ، اِقْضِ عَنَّا الدَّيْنَ وَأَغْنِنَا مِنَ الْفَقْرِ.
O Allah, Lord of the heavens, Lord of the earth and Lord of the Magnificent Throne, our Lord and Lord of all things, Splitter of the seed and the date stone, Revealer of the Torah, the Injīl and the Criterion (Qur’ān); I seek Your protection from the evil of every thing You hold by the forehead. You are the First and there is nothing before You. You are the Last and there is nothing after You. You are the Most High and there is nothing above You. You are the Most Near and nothing is closer than You — settle our debts for us and spare us from poverty.
اے اللہ آسمانوں کے رب اور ہر چیز کے پروردگار دانے اور گٹھلی کو پھاڑنے والے تو توراۃ انجیل اور فرقان کو نازل کرنے والا ہے میں ہر چیز کے شر سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں تو ہی اس کی پیشانی کو پکڑنے والا ہے اے اللہ تو ہی ایسا اول ہے جو تجھ سے پہلے کوئی چیز نہ تھی اور تو ہی آخر ہے تیرے بعد کوئی چیز نہ ہوگی اور تو ہی ظاہر ہے تیرے اوپر کوئی چیز نہیں اور تو ہی باطن ہے تیرے علاوہ کوئی چیز نہیں ہمارے قرض کو دور کر دے اور ہمیں فقر سے مستغنی فرما۔

Background & narration
Suhail (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that (my father) Abu Salih (may Allah be pleased with him) used to instruct us that when any of us intended to sleep, we should lie on our right side and recite this supplication. Sahih Muslim: 6889
سُہیل رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے ، (میرے والد) ابو صالح رضی اللہ عنہ ہمیں حکم د یا کرتے تھے کہ جب ہم میں سے کو ئی سونے کا ارادہ کرے تو دائیں کروٹ پر لیٹے اور یہ دعا پڑھے۔ [صحیح مسلم:6889]
