26- بَابُ لاَ يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ وَلاَ الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ، وَإِذَا أَسْلَمَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ الْمِيرَاثُ فَلاَ مِيرَاثَ لَهُ:
باب: مسلمان کافر کا وارث نہیں ہوسکتا اور نہ کافر مسلمان کا اور اگر میراث کی تقسیم سے پہلے اسلام لایا تب بھی میراث میں اس کا حق نہیں ہوگا
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, If somebody dies (among the Muslims) leaving some property, the property will go to his heirs; and if he leaves a debt or dependants, we will take care of them.
