بیٹھ کر نماز پڑھنے کا بیان
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَنْبَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ طَهْمَانَ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنْ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْعِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ بِي النَّاصُورُ، فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: صَلِّ قَائِمًا، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَقَاعِدًا، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَى جَنْبٍ.
عمران بن حصین ؓ کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے ناسور تھا ١ ؎، میں نے نبی اکرم ﷺ سے پوچھا تو آپ نے فرمایا: تم کھڑے ہو کر نماز پڑھو، اگر کھڑے ہو کر پڑھنے کی طاقت نہ ہو تو بیٹھ کر پڑھو اور اگر بیٹھ کر پڑھنے کی طاقت نہ ہو تو (لیٹ کر) پہلو کے بل پڑھو ۔
Aishah, wife of the prophet ﷺ , said: when the prophet ﷺ prayed sitting, he recited the Quran in sitting condition. When the amount of his recitation remained about thirty or forty verses he stood up and recited them standing. He then bowed and prostrated and then did so in the second Rak’ah of the prayer. Abu Dawud said: Alqamah bin Waqqas narrated this tradition on the authority of Aisha (RA) from the Prophet ﷺ to the same effect.
