اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِ نَحْمَدُهُ فَهُوَ اَهْلٌ لِلْحَمْدِ كُلِّهِ، وَلَهُ الْمُلْكُ كُلُّهُ، وَبِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ كُلُّهُ، وَ اِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُ الْاَمْرُ كُلُّهُ، عَلَانِيَتُهُ وَسِرُّهُ، فَاَهْلٌ اَنْ يُحْمَدَ وَهُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
Al-ḥamdu lillāhi fāṭiri al-samāwāti wal-arḍ, naḥmaduhu fahuwa ahlun lil-ḥamdi kullih, wa lahu al-mulku kulluh, wa biyadihi al-khayru kulluh, wa ilayhi yurja‘u al-amru kulluh, ‘alāniyatuhu wa sirruh, fa-ahlun an yuḥmada wa huwa ‘alā kulli shay’in qadīr.
All praise is for Allah, the Originator of the heavens and the earth. We praise Him, for He is worthy of all praise. To Him belongs all sovereignty, in His Hand is all good, and to Him all matters return, both the open and the hidden. So He is worthy of all praise, and He is over all things All-Powerful.
سب تعریفیں اللہ ہی کے لیے ہیں جو آسمانوں اور زمین کو پیدا کرنے والا ہے۔ہم اسی کی حمدو ثنا بیان کرتے ہیں، پس وہی ہر قسم کی حمدکے لائق ہے اور اسی کے لیے تمام بادشاہت ہے۔ہر قسم کی بھلائیاں اسی کے ہاتھ میں ہیں اورتمام ظاہری ا ورپوشیدہ کام اسی کی طرف لوٹائے جاتے ہیں،پس وہ اہل ہے اس بات کا کہ اس کی حمد کی جائے اور وہ ہرچیز پرپوری طرح قادر ہے۔
