اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الْمُسْتَحِقِّ لِغَايَةِ التَّحْمِيْدِ، الْمُتَوَحِّدِ فِيْ كِبْرِيَائِهِ وَعَظَمَتِهِ، لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيْدُ، الْغَنِيُّ الْمُبْدِئُ الْمُعِيْدُ، الْمُعْطِي الَّذِي لَا يَنْفَدُ عَطَاؤُهُ وَلَا يُبِيْدُ، الْمَانِعُ فَلَا مُعْطِي لِمَا مَنَعَ وَلَا رَادَّ لِمَا يُرِيْدُ
Al-ḥamdu lillāhi al-mustaḥiqqi li-ghāyati al-taḥmīd, al-mutawaḥḥidi fī kibriyā’ihi wa ‘aẓamatih, lā ilāha illā huwa al-waliyyu al-ḥamīd, al-ghaniyyu al-mubdi’u al-mu‘īd, al-mu‘ṭī alladhī lā yanfadu ‘aṭā’uhu wa lā yubīd, al-māni‘u falā mu‘ṭiya limā mana‘a wa lā rādda limā yurīd.
All praise is for Allah, Who alone deserves the utmost of praise, Who is unique in His majesty and greatness. There is no deity except Him, the Protecting Guardian, the Praiseworthy; the Self-Sufficient, the Originator and the Restorer; the Giver Whose giving never ends nor perishes; the Withholder, and none can give what He withholds, nor can anyone repel what He wills.
سب تعریفیں اللہ ہی کے لیے ہیں جوہر طرح کی کامل حمد و ثناء کا سچا حقدار ہے ،وہ اپنی بڑائی اوراپنی عظمت میں یکتاہے، ا س کےسوا کوئی معبودِبرحق نہیں ہے ،وہی کارساز، قابل تعریف ہے،وہ بے نیازہے ، ابتدا کرنے والا اور دوبارہ لوٹانے والاہے،وہی عطا کرنے والا ہے جس کی عطا کبھی ختم نہیں ہوتی اور نہ ہی فنا ہوتی ہے، اوروہی روکنےوالا ہے، تو جسے وہ روک لےاسے کوئی دےنہیں سکتااور جس بات کا وہ ارادہ کر لے اسے کوئی ٹال نہیں سکتا۔
