اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الْعَزِيْزِ الْغَفَّارِ،يُقَلِّبُ اللَّيْلَ عَلَى النَّهَارِ، وَيُقَلِّبُ النَّهَارَ عَلَى اللَّيْلِ، اِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَعِبْرَةً لِاُولِي الْاَبْصَارِ، اَحْمَدُ رَبِّيْ وَاَشْكُرُهُ عَلٰى نِعَمَهِ الَّتِيْ لَا يُحْصِيْهَا غَيْرُهُ، مِمَّا نَعْلَمُ وَ مِمَّا لَا نَعْلَمُ، تَقَدَّسَتْ اَسْمَاءُ رَبِّنَا، وَعَظُمَتْ صِفَاتُهُ، لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ
Al-ḥamdu lillāhi al-‘azīzi al-ghaffār, yuqallibu al-layla ‘ala al-nahār, wa yuqallibu al-nahāra ‘ala al-layl, inna fī dhālika la‘ibratan li-ulī al-abṣār, aḥmadu rabbī wa ashkuruhu ‘alā ni‘amihi allatī lā yuḥṣīhā ghayruh, mimmā na‘lamu wa mimmā lā na‘lam, taqaddasat asmā’u rabbina, wa ‘uẓumat ṣifātuh, lā ilāha illallāhu al-wāḥidu al-qahhār.
All praise is for Allah, the Almighty, the Oft-Forgiving, Who alternates the night over the day and alternates the day over the night. Indeed, in that is a lesson for those of vision. I praise my Lord and thank Him for His blessings which none can enumerate except Him — those we know and those we do not know. Exalted are the Names of our Lord, and great are His Attributes. There is no deity except Allah, the One, the Supreme.
سب تعریفیں اللہ ہی کے لیے ہیں جو غالب اور بخشنےوالا ہے، جو رات کو دن پر لے آتاہے اور دن کو رات پر لے آتاہے، بےشک اس میں بصیرت رکھنےوالوں کے لیےنشانی ہے ، میں اپنے رب کی حمدبیان کرتا ہوں اور اس کی ان نعمتوں پر اس کا شکرادا کرتا ہوں جن کو اس کےسوا کوئی شمار نہیں کرسکتا،چاہے وہ نعمتیں ہمیں معلوم ہوں یا نہ ہوں، ہمارے رب کے نام بہت پاکیزہ ہیں،اوراس کی صفات بہت عظیم ہیں ، اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبودِ برحق نہیں وہ ایک ، غالب ہے۔
